information, or problems identified due to fraud avoidance. We may

canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will
issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS AGREEMENT
By purchasing Design
Bowtique embroidery design(s), you agree to the following:
Design Bowtique's embroidery design(s)
may not be exchanged, given away, or resold in design formats. The
selected embroidery designs listed as "EMBROIDERY DESIGNS FOR SALE" are
licensed to you to be used personally, for gifts, or embroidered on items to
sell.
You may sew the design on the garment and sell the garment for profit.
Changing, or duplicating, transmitting, transferring of any of the designs
for resale,
for any purpose, in any form, or by any means,
is a violation of copyright law. For your protection and ours (Gift
Bowtique, Pet Bowtique, Design Bowtique, BOWtique Girl, and Theresa Stevens)
and due to copyright & trademark laws, we are unable to embroider design(s),
name(s), etc. that have a copyright or a registered trademark. If the
name(s), title(s) has/have a copyright or a registered trademark by someone
other than yourself, we will be unable to fill your order. If you
request any embroidered product(s) from Gift Bowtique, Pet Bowtique, Design
Bowtique, BOWtique Girl, and/or Theresa Stevens/owner, that has/have a
copyright or a registered trademark, you could be held accountable for any
legal actions/fees taken against Gift Bowtique, Pet Bowtique, Design
Bowtique, BOWtique Girl, and/or Theresa Stevens/owner.
The reproduction, modification, transfer, or transmittal of any work, for any
purpose, in any form, or by any means, without the written permission of Gift
Bowtique, Pet Bowtique, Design Bowtique, BOWtique Girl, Theresa Stevens & it's
Licensors is strictly prohibited.
This restriction includes copying, reproducing, or modifying any products,
names, trademarks and logos which Gift Bowtique, Pet Bowtique, and Design

owns or has the rights to use.

CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
You agree that all legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws
of the state of Virginia and the venue of resolution is deemed as the county
of Virginia Beach in the state of Virginia. (Virginia Beach, Virginia)
All disputes must be filed within 7 days of
receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for ALL legal fees.
It is your responsibility to verify
that your order receipt is correct before we process it. If your order is
not correct, contact us to make any
corrections.
Embroidered,
discounted, sale, clearance, or custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled after your
order is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to
