Your order will be shipped in 7-10  business days, USPS Priority Mail-Insured.  Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED.  Priority Mail is delivered in an average of 2-3 days from the date of shipment.  Express Mail is delivered in an average of 1 day from the date of shipment.  Larger orders are shipped depending on quantity of items ordered.  You will be notified if for some reason we are not able to ship within this time period.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we will contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.  This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.  To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.  Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.  IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are logged.

Out of Stock - Product Availability

On rare occasions after you click "Pay Securely Online," an item in your cart may be out of stock.   If This happens, either the inventory for that item was low when you began to shop and customers before you in checkout bought it first, or the item was a best seller and demand for it quickly exceeded inventory.  Check your email & respond for possible required updates ASAP so that we can process your order for shipment without delay.
