A PREVIEW request is a FREE
service that we offer our customers that have already
placed an order.
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PREVIEW REQUEST POLICIES
We will email you after you place
your order & when we have posted your PREVIEW Requests.
PREVIEW Requests will be posted on
this page for 48 hours ONLY.
You will be REQUIRED to verify &
confirm any changes within 48 hours.
If you do
not request a change within
48 hours, we
will embroider your original request(s). If you
would like to request more than 1 PREVIEW per item of
font
style(s), monogram style(s), design(s), and/or layouts,
select "Multiple PREVIEWS" on the drop down menu below.
When you receive your order confirmation, reply to the
email with specific details. If you do not receive
an order confirmation, email us and include your name,
phone number, and order # with specific details.
You will be REQUIRED to verify and confirm any changes
within 48 hours. If you do not request a change
within 48 hours, we will embroider your original
request(s).
48 HOUR TIME LIMIT - The 48 HOUR time limit starts
from the time that we post your PREVIEW.
If you need more time to make a selection, you will be required to request
and extension with 48 hours. Include your name, phone number, & order#
with specific details when making additional requests. Check your
email ASAP & respond for possible required updates. PREVIEW REQUESTS
WILL BE POSTED ON THIS PAGE FOR 48 HOURS ONLY.
