Return Policy

Returns within 7 days.  The return or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will give you a refund or exchange excluding the RUSH/ZOOM/EXPRESS Order, and/or shipping and handling fees.  Items returned must be in original condition.  Embroidered, personalized, discounted, sale, clearance, special orders, or custom orders CAN NOT be exchanged or returned.  We offer a preview on font styles, monogram styles and samples of embroidery thread colors, towel colors, fabric colors, etc.  NO refunds or exchanges on your font styles, monogram styles, embroidery thread colors, towel colors, fabric colors, etc.  NO refunds or exchanges on Embroidery Designs.  In order to receive your refund, you MUST contact us for an authorization number.  Any orders returned for a refund without an authorization number will be returned to sender.  It is your responsibility to verify that your order receipt is correct before it is processed.  If your order is not correct, contact us to make any corrections.  Embroidered, personalized, discounted, sale, clearance, special orders, or custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled after your order is processed.  Exceptions on cancelled orders will be charged a cancellation fee.

Claims - Lost Packages - Damaged/Defective Packages

Lost Packages - Claims 30 days - Lost Packages must be reported to us within 30 of placing your order.  No Exceptions.

Damaged/Defective Packages - It is your responsibility to inspect your packages for damaged/defects on delivery.  Damaged/defective packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  No Exceptions.  Required/Damaged Packages  Keep the original damaged mailing package.  (box or envelope)
